Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the RiskWise platform operated by JOOP LLC. This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Violations of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. General Conduct

You agree to use the Service in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner. You shall not:

• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users or RiskWise personnel
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks

3. AI Feature Rules

When using AI-powered features (contract analysis, AskRW, coverage gap analysis), you agree not to:

• Submit content designed to manipulate, exploit, or bypass AI safety measures (prompt injection)
• Use AI outputs as a substitute for qualified legal, insurance, or professional advice
• Redistribute AI-generated analysis or outputs as standalone products or services
• Use the Service to generate content that is misleading, fraudulent, or harmful
• Submit content that contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the AI models, system prompts, or underlying algorithms

4. Trial Abuse Prevention

RiskWise offers a 14-day free trial. To ensure fair access, you agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to obtain additional free trials
• Use different email addresses or payment methods to circumvent trial limits
• Share trial access with others outside your organization
• Use automated tools to create trial accounts

We reserve the right to limit free trials to one per individual and per payment method. Suspected abuse may result in immediate termination without notice.

5. Content Standards

Content uploaded to the Service must comply with the following standards. You shall not upload:

• Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Content that contains personal information of individuals without their consent
• Content that violates applicable data protection or privacy laws
• Fraudulent, forged, or materially altered documents

6. SMS Compliance

If your account uses SMS features, you agree to:

• Only add phone numbers for individuals who have provided valid consent to receive messages
• Promptly honor opt-out requests from message recipients
• Not use SMS features for marketing, spam, or unsolicited messages
• Comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and all applicable telecommunications regulations
• Maintain records of consent as required by law

7. Security

You agree not to:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization
• Attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, or rate limiting
• Use automated tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to access the Service without express permission
• Transmit viruses, worms, trojans, or other malicious code
• Overload or attempt to crash the Service through excessive requests
• Share account credentials or access tokens with unauthorized parties

8. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Warning or notice to comply
• Temporary suspension of account access
• Permanent termination of your account
• Reporting to law enforcement if required by law or if criminal activity is suspected

We reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary to protect the Service and its users, with or without notice.
