By accessing or using RiskWise ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RiskWise is a risk management platform designed for construction subcontractors. The Service includes contract analysis, insurance tracking, safety compliance tools, and related features to help manage business risk.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the platform
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze contracts and provide recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated analysis is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making business decisions based on our analysis.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by RiskWise and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to process it for providing the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RiskWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RiskWise from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
