By voluntarily providing your phone number during employee onboarding in RiskWise, you consent to receive SMS text messages from RiskWise on behalf of your employer. Providing a phone number is optional. Employees who do not wish to receive SMS notifications may still access all RiskWise features via email notifications or by logging into the platform directly. These messages are work-related notifications only and include:
SMS notifications are optional. Consent is collected when an employee voluntarily provides their phone number during onboarding in the RiskWise platform. Providing a phone number is not required to use RiskWise — employees can access all platform features via the web app or email. Phone numbers are collected voluntarily for notification convenience only. By entering a phone number, the employee agrees to receive the work-related SMS notifications described above. Employees may also be added by their employer directly, in which case the employer confirms they have obtained verbal or written consent from the employee.
Message frequency varies based on your employer's safety program configuration. Typical frequency is 1-4 messages per week. Messages are sent only during normal business hours (8 AM - 6 PM in the recipient's time zone).
Message and data rates may apply. RiskWise does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from RiskWise. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You may also contact your employer or email Hello@GetRiskWise.com to request removal.

RiskWise does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS. All messages are work-related safety, compliance, and account notifications initiated by your employer through the RiskWise platform.
Your phone number is stored securely and used only for delivering work-related notifications through the RiskWise platform. We do not sell, share, or rent your phone number to third parties. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
SMS messages are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
